08/10/14 For those wanting organised exercise while on holiday there are Pilates Classes just around the corner at All Saints's Church, Mudeford. On Tuesdays at 9.15-10.15am and Thursdays at 9.00-10.00am. Call Liz on 0776-3115347 or email her on lizdblair@yahoo.co.uk. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment.

29/08/14 The Bournemouth Airshow was well worth a visit, the Red Arrows shown below put on a truly magnificent display. The Vulcan was awe inspiring as it roared passed, giving a wing salute as it came over. The Tornado (Eurofighter) had to be seen, it stood on its tail and then just powered vertically until we could not see it anymore, what a piece of kit! Why not book 12 Inveravon for next years show?
